Apps built for the phones your customers actually own.

Half of India runs on budget Android handsets with patchy data. An app that only works on a flagship with good wifi is a demo, not a product. We build for the low end first, then let it be smooth everywhere else.

What We Build

The apps businesses actually ask for

01

Customer apps

Ordering, booking, loyalty, tracking. The kind of app a customer opens twice a week, so it has to open fast and remember who they are.

02

Field and staff apps

Delivery runs, service visits, attendance, site inspections with photo proof. Built to keep working when the phone drops signal and to sync when it comes back.

03

Marketplaces and platforms

Two-sided products where buyers and sellers both need an app and you need an admin panel over the top. Payments, chat, ratings and dispute handling included.

04

Content and community apps

Media, learning, devotional and regional-language products. Ram Shalaka is ours: a traditional Prashnavali rebuilt as an interactive Hindi app that runs on low-end phones.

Included

What ships with the app

  • Android and iOS from one codebase
  • Screen designs before code
  • Offline handling
  • Push notifications
  • Phone and OTP login
  • Payment gateway integration
  • Admin dashboard on the web
  • Crash and analytics reporting
  • Play Store and App Store submission
  • Store listing copy and screenshots
  • Handover of code and accounts
  • Sixty days of post-launch fixes

Built for weak networks

We test on a real budget Android device with the network throttled, not only on a simulator. Images get compressed hard, data gets cached locally, and every screen has a working state for when the request fails.

Install size matters too. On phones with 32GB of storage, a 90MB app gets uninstalled the first time storage runs low.

Process

From idea to store listing

Week 1

Scope

We cut the feature list down to what version one needs to prove. Everything else goes on a list for later, in writing, so it does not quietly reappear in week five.

Week 2–3

Screens

Every screen designed and clicked through as a prototype before a line of app code exists. Changing a screen here costs an hour. Changing it in week seven costs a week.

Week 4–7

Build

Weekly test builds on your phone. You use the app while it is being made, which is when the useful feedback shows up.

Week 8

Test and submit

Device testing, payment testing with real transactions, then store submission. We handle review rejections, which happen to almost every first submission.

Questions

Worth asking early

Do I need both Android and iOS?

In India, usually Android first. We build on a shared codebase so iOS costs a fraction extra rather than double, but if your users are all on Android there is no reason to pay for an App Store listing in month one.

Can you take over an app someone else built?

Often yes. We read the code first and give you an honest answer: continue, partly rewrite, or start again. Abandoned React Native and Flutter projects are the most common thing landing on our desk.

What about ongoing costs?

Server hosting, the Play Store fee once and the Apple fee yearly, plus payment gateway charges. For a small app the running cost is usually a few thousand rupees a month. We list it out before you commit.

Who owns the app?

You. The code, the store listings and the server accounts are registered in your name from the start, not transferred later.

Will you keep working on it after launch?

If you want us to. Most clients move to a monthly plan for new features and OS updates. Android and iOS both break things every year, so someone has to keep up with it.

Describe the app in three sentences.

That is enough for us to come back with a feature list, a timeline and a number.
